Galería de la Raza is excited to announce a special edition of Lunada Literary Lounge in partnership with YBCA! Join us under the full moon on Monday, May 16 at 6 pm PST, hosted live in-person at YBCA and livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube Live!

Lunada Literary Lounge is a bilingual literary ritual and performance gathering devoted to spoken word, música, song, and story held on the full moon. Now hosted both in-person and virtually, Lunada is guest-curated by dynamic literary artists featuring national and local community poets, artists, performers, and legends of the written word.

This month’s Lunada will feature work inspired by Galería’s current exhibition at YBCA, Pedagogy of Hope: Uncage, Reunify, Heal, a survey of the Caravan for The Children Campaign.
