Keba Konte

Keba Konte founded Red Bay Coffee in Oakland, California in 2014. He wanted to bring “specialty coffee to a more accessible, broader, more diverse audience previously not catered to.” He’s been a coffee pioneer in the Bay Area for over 10 years and has been recognized for his commitment to fair and equitable working conditions for his staff, and for drawing talent from his community. Prior to the pandemic, he introduced mobile vans coffee service. He hosts a podcast called Coffee Dojo, a show about the intersection of leadership, culture, and creativity and bold outliers who are disrupting business as usual. He sits down with thought leaders and creatives from around the world and around the block.
