Destiny Muhammad is a composer, producer, content creator/curator. Her genre Celtic to Coltrane™ is cool and eclectic with a feel of Jazz and storytelling to round out the sonic experience. Destiny has shared the stage with Jazz Masters Marcus Shelby, Omar Sosa, Blue Note Artist Ambrose Akisemuire, and Azar Lawrence. She has headlined Bay Area “Women in Jazz” Concert series, Sunday’s in the Redwoods Concert, Seattle’s Fest Sundiata and SOLD OUT shows at SFJAZZ Center in her Tribute to Jazz Legend Alice Coltrane’s Signature Album Journey in Satchidananda. Destiny is the Principal Harpist for The Inner Peace Orchestra, performs with Awesöme Orchestra and Raise Karma Virtual Residency Alumni, and is an SF JAZZ Teaching Artist. Destiny is Governor Emeritus and Educational Chair Emeritus of the Recording Academy, ASCAP Songwriter Awardee, California Entertainers Music Awards Female Jazz Artist of the Year Winner, and Bay Area Jazz and Blues Award Winner.
