In 2018 YBCA welcomed the Curatorial Research Bureau, an exciting partnership between YBCA, California College of the Arts, and Bureau for Open Culture. The Curatorial Research Bureau operated as bookshop, learning site, exhibition and public program at the Mission Street entrance of YBCA and served as the home CCA’s Graduate Program in Curatorial Practice from 2018-2020.
