Yueqi Chen was part of the 2016-2017 cohort of YBCA Fellows Program, engaging with the question “Why Citizenship”. Along with Lukas Brekke-Miesner, Chris Hamamoto, and Takeshi Moro, she helped create Breaking ICE: A Community Response to a Citizenship Test in its first iteration. Yueqi returned to her home to mainland China in 2018.
