Tucker Nichols is an artist based in Northern California. His work has been exhibited at the Denver Art Museum (2013), the Asian Art Museum, San Francisco (2013), the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (2012), Den Frie Museum, Copenhagen (2011), and the Drawing Center, New York (2004), among other venues. His drawings have been published in McSweeney’s, The Thing Quarterly, Nieves Books, and the op-ed pages of the New York Times. He is a coauthor of the books Crabtree (McSweeney’s McMullens, 2013) and This Bridge Will Not Be Gray (McSweeney’s, 2015). He is represented by Zieher Smith & Horton in New York and Gallery 16 in San Francisco.
