Jerome Reyes: Abeyance (Draves y Robles y Vargas)

Like the tides and seasons, the Bay Area’s social landscape has ebbed and flowed over time. To honor the stories of those impacted by migration, displacement, and resilience, Jerome Reyes brought their voices together in an artful landscape installed at YBCA from 2017–2021. Part memoir, part activist project, Abeyance (Draves y Robles y Vargas) traced the stories of three Filipinx Americans.
