Saharla Vetsch (she/her) is a Somali American independent dance-based artist currently rooted in the Bay Area. Saharla’s journey is deeply intertwined with her passion for dance, her exploration of intersecting identities, and her desire to engage with multiple performance art forms. Saharla’s drag persona Major Hammy (he/him) is a force of exuberance, fun, and high energy setting the stage ablaze with his lively performances.
