Jowy-Jhan Curameng began his artistic journey at Archbishop Riordan where Ms. O gambled on the socially awkward freshman who couldn’t hug people or even make eye contact to be the Spring Musical Lead. He thanked Ms. O by forgetting his lyrics and making a senior student cry on her last opening night. After a mental breakdown while changing his major to Computer Engineering to impress a girl, he performed in multiple cultural shows and open mics at Santa Clara University. He used that skill set to train at BATS, Endgames, and Leela Improv. With his theatrical and jazz background, he is looking into pursuing a musical career that is as versatile as his soul.
