Zenon Barron, Founder and Artistic Director of Ensambles, is an educator, professional researcher and costume designer of Mexican and Latin America folklore. His honors include the Isadora Duncan Award and the Malonga Casquelourd Lifetime Achievement Award. The Ensambles dancers come from diverse ethnic backgrounds and vary in age and training, all share a passion for dance and preserving the beautiful traditions of Mexico.
