19th Annual San Francisco Trolley Dances

Epiphany Dance Theater is delighted to present the 19th annual San Francisco Trolley Dances, an annual festival presented along a designated public transit route. This communal experience unites and highlights a diverse group of dance artists, helping people see dance in new ways. San Francisco Trolley Dances connects neighborhoods and participants to San Francisco’s history, culture, architecture, natural environment and social fabric.

Under the direction of Epiphany Dance Theater’s Artistic Director Kim Epifano, Managing Director Zoë Klein and Communications & Education Director Kayla May Paz Suarez, this year’s route connects San Francisco’s South of Market to Chinatown and begins at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Kim Epifano

Kim Epifano is an international performer, choreographer, director, curator, producer, educator and community arts organizer who has been a member of the Bay Area’s dance community since 1981. Epifano’s contribution to the field and to San Francisco’s artistic sphere has been widely recognized.
