Coco Fusco is a widely recognized performance and video artist, curator, and scholar. She received her BA from Brown University in 1982 and a PhD from Middlesex University in 2007. Her most recent work was featured in the solo exhibition Coco Fusco: The Empty Plaza / La Plaza Vacia, Alexander Gray Associates, New York (2012).
