Formerly called Student Showcase, the SF Ballet School Spring Festival will include three evenings of SF Ballet School ON STAGE performances, a dinner on opening night, new interactive activities, and more opportunities to learn about ballet.
SF Ballet School ON STAGE will feature different programs across three evenings of performances from May 22 to 24, including a short demonstration by students in Levels 2-8, works by SF Ballet Artistic Director Helgi Tomasson, new works choreographed by AXIS Dance Company Artistic Director Marc Brew, SF Ballet School student choreographers, and SF Ballet company dancers, as well as SF Ballet School premieres of excerpts of two Jiří Kylián ballets.
