Bay Area Now 8, YBCA’s signature exhibition, showcases 25 Bay Area artists, architects and designers whose works reflect the diversity of our community and inspire us. The exhibition showcases a broad range of creative practices includes painting, photography, ceramics, textiles, video, digital media, and, for the first time, environmental, landscape and building architecture and design.
Connect with the artists we’ve chosen for this uniquely-curated experience held once every three years. We’ll celebrate with specially-crafted BAN8 cocktails, dancing, special musical guests Siobhan Aluvalot and DJ Jibbz, and drag performances featuring STUD favorites Persia, Nicki Jizz, Kochina Rude, and Hollow Eve. It’s an event you won’t want to miss.
Hosted by 2018 YBCA 100 Honoree Honey Mahogany and curated by 2017 YBCA 100 Honoree the Stud.
