Box Office Info

Tickets for most exhibitions, performances, film screenings and public programs that take place in our venues may be purchased through the YBCA Box Office in person, by phone, by mail or online.

In Person

Visit the YBCA Box office located inside the Galleries and Forum Building, 701 Mission Street at Third. There is no convenience fee for tickets purchased in person at the YBCA Box Office.

Hours: Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun: noon–5 pm
Thu: noon–8 pm
Closed Mondays and major holidays.

Venue Box Offices open 90 minutes prior to performance or film screening.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all programs that are sold through the YBCA Box Office take place in YBCA venues. Please check the listings or your tickets for the program venue.

Online

Purchase tickets anytime online in real time for most YBCA programs at www.ybca.org. A $7 per order convenience fee is added to all online orders that contain performance tickets; a $3 per order convenience fee applies for all other ticket purchases (screening, Openings, public programs). YBCA Members waive this fee.

By Phone

Charge tickets by phone daily from 11 am – 6 pm at 415.978.ARTS (2787). A $7 per order convenience fee is added to all phone orders that contain performance tickets; a $3 per order convenience fee applies for all other ticket purchases (screening, Openings, public programs). YBCA Members waive this fee.

Convenience Fees

YBCA, a non-profit arts organization, charges modest convenience fees on phone and online ticket orders to partially defray the costs of providing a full-service box office to service both YBCA and all rental client events.
