We give thanks on Thanksgiving. This year, we give thanks to our Film/Video Curator's all-time favorite film, Love Streams, John Cassavetes' final personal work. We showed it four years ago, and it still inexplicably remains unavailable on home video. A summation of Cassavetes’ entire life's work, the film stars the director and his real-life wife Gena Rowlands as two damaged siblings who, despite their paths of total self-destruction, search for peace.
